Just in case you needed a reminder of what happened last year, here’s the theme song that we used about the Father Heart of God….

HEART Session Themes….

Much of our ministry to the children revolves around the HEART Tent, where we gather for worship and teaching before dispersing to our group tents. If you click on the HEART Ideas tab above you’ll come to some session outlines with some of ideas laid out for you. This page is intended to be interactive. At our Tent Leaders meeting on March 10th we let our imaginations loose on the ministry programme and came up with a number of ideas. Whenever you think of an idea that may be useful, either in the HEART or the group tents then use the comments section on the Ideas page, and we’ll add it to the list in due course….

Click on the Team Roles Tab at the top of the page and familiarise yourself with the roles on the team….

Accomodation for Team Members

The advice for all team members this year is Sort out your accommodation early!

The British Open Golf is in Carnoustie this year, and accommodation in the Fife area is being snapped up quickly – so if you are arranging your own place to stay then please move on it quickly!

However the CLAN Leadership team have a couple of options available to accomodate Team Members.

  • On Site Camping: we are now able to offer free camping and all meals (breakfast, lunch, supper, with tea and coffee on tap…) to team members who are willing to take up this option. If you do not have your own tent or caravan we will set up new, modern and spacious tents ready for you to move into. Capable of sleeping up to twelve in four separate compartments, we will reserve each one for a single person or a couple so you have some privacy and space of your own. There is also a central, shared living space. Just bring your sleeping bag, pillow and mat. This is a great option for anyone who wants to get the full experience of being part of the CLAN community.
  • Self-Catering: If you don’t want to camp, then the usual University self-catering accommodation is available. Due to the increasing pressure on the conference budget, and after some consultation, we would ask all team members who wish to take up this option to make a voluntary £30 contribution towards the cost. Lunch can be provided on-site at the same cost as last year, with other meals self-catered in your accommodation.

Please return your forms to the office as soon as possible!
